Jiangsu Bosheng Steel Poles Co., Ltd is the specialized manufacturer of various steel poles and steel components. We have many years experience in International Trading. Through Shanghai Port, which is one of the largest ports in China, we export poles to South America, Middle East, Africa, Australia, Philippines and so on.
Material
Applied to the material of general-purpose steel GB/T1591-2008, Q235, Q345, Q420, Q460 used in China.
Inspection
To make sure of the steel pole quality, we have professional technicists technicians to inspect the poles before delivery. We have Lab Test, Workload Test, Steel thick Test, Galvanization thickness Test, etc.
Production Process
Our factory owns advanced production lines and machines including bending calibration machine, hydraulic plate shears machine, shears machine, slitting machine, 208T hydraulic straightener, etc. All the purpose is to produce good quality steel poles.
The fabrication process as cutting plate, bending, forming, automatic welding, drill holes, quality checked before galvanized, hot dip galvanized and powder coating, finally quality checked according to client's requirement.
Packaging & Shipping
We use sack to pack the poles or straw at the pole top and bottom, which is our normal package. We also use wood between the poles but this costs just little higher than normal package. We normally use 40HQ containers and our Port limit weight for a 40HQ is 26Ton.
